Pizza Hut

Being in Delhi means things are always moving fast, and it’s no different here at Pizza Hut. We are just one of the spots in the city where you can get a meal. Our kitchen is usually a bit of a mess during the dinner rush, with flour on the floor and pans clanking everywhere. It’s a lot of work to keep up with the orders coming in. We have a small crew, and we all know each other’s names. It’s not a quiet job by any means. There’s always someone shouting out an order or a bell ringing. We spend a lot of time making sure the ovens are at the right temperature and the dough is ready. Sometimes the delivery guys are late because the Delhi traffic is just a nightmare, but we do what we can. We aren't doing anything ground-breaking; we just make food for people who are hungry. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local streets pretty well. It’s a bit hot in the back near the ovens, especially in the summer months. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just open up in the morning, prep the toppings, and stay until the last clean-up is done at night. It’s a simple routine that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We just try to keep things steady and keep the place running. It’s just another day in the city for us. We aren't trying to be anything fancy.
