Pizza Hut

Our location is at 50-F on the first floor along K.M Nasakar Road in Kolkata. This particular Pizza Hut spot isn't just about the food you see on the table; it’s where a lot of the local work happens. Being on the first floor means we’re slightly removed from the street noise, though you can still hear the Kolkata traffic through the windows. The space is functional and a bit worn in, which is fine by us. We spend our hours coordinating deliveries and making sure the kitchen has what it needs. It’s a lot of logistical work that people don't really see when they order a pizza. The K.M Nasakar Road area is busy, so there’s always something going on outside. Inside, we just try to stay focused. We have a small team here, and we’ve all been working together for a while. We don't use any fancy management speak. We just talk about what needs to be done for the day and then we do it. The office part has some old chairs and a few stacks of delivery bags waiting to be used. It’s not a showroom. It’s just a place where people work hard to keep the service going in this part of Kolkata. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with all the orders coming in, but we like the pace. It’s a real job with real people, and we just do our best every day.
