Pizza Hut

This is not your typical sit-down restaurant you see in the malls. We operate out of house number D-157 in Sector 23. Raj Nagar is a pretty established area in Ghaziabad, and being in a house means things feel a bit different. It is mostly about the kitchen and getting the orders ready for the delivery bikes waiting outside in the lane. In the mornings, we spend time checking the inventory and making sure the ovens are heating up correctly. The smell of baking dough usually starts filling the street around noon. We know the neighbors pretty well since we have been here for a while. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three orders come in at once and the phone will not stop ringing. We try to keep things organized, but the kitchen gets hot and cramped during the dinner rush. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we walk or take short bus rides to get to work. We do not have a big fancy dining room here, just a counter and the back area where all the work happens. It is a lot of washing pans, chopping toppings, and making sure the boxes are folded and ready. Rain makes things difficult because the bikes slip on the roads, but we just keep going. It is honest work and it keeps the neighborhood fed. Most of the delivery boys have been with us for a long time and they know every shortcut in Raj Nagar.
