Pizza Hut

This branch is tucked away in Sector 37 of Noida, right at House Number 429. It’s not like those huge malls where everything is shiny. We are more of a neighborhood spot where people come when they don't feel like cooking at home. The kitchen gets really hot especially in June and July but we just keep moving. You can hear the ovens humming all day long. Sometimes the delivery bikes are lined up outside and it gets a bit crowded on the pavement. We see the same faces every week coming in for a quick bite or picking up a box to take home to the family. The floor gets a bit sticky sometimes when it's busy and the phone never really stops buzzing with orders from the nearby blocks. We try to keep things organized but during the dinner rush it can get a little messy in the back. It’s just how it is. We’ve been at this address for a good while and people around here know us as the local place for a slice. There isn't any fancy decor or anything, just some tables and chairs and the smell of dough baking. Most of the staff live nearby so we walk or take a rickshaw to get here. It is just a regular job for us and we just try to keep up with the tickets as they print out on the little machine by the counter.
