Pizza Hut

We’ve been here in Sector-15 for a while now. Most days it's just about getting the oven started early and making sure the dough is ready before the lunch rush hits. It gets pretty loud in here around dinner time especially on weekends when everyone wants a seat. The kitchen stays hot all day long. Our spot at A-35 is easy to find if you're walking around Noida. We mostly just focus on getting the toppings right and making sure nobody waits too long for their food. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing with delivery orders and we have to scramble to get everything out the door. It’s a lot of work but we’ve gotten used to the fast pace over the years. We keep the place clean and try to make it comfortable for families who come in for a meal. You'll see us prepping veggies or mopping floors during the slow hours in the afternoon. It isn't anything fancy, just a regular pizza place where we try to do things the right way. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. The oven can be a bit moody sometimes but we know how to handle its quirks. Working here means you're always on your feet. We just take it one order at a time and try not to mix up the street addresses when the drivers head out. It's a simple setup we have going on here in Noida and we just keep the lights on and the oven running.
