Pizza Hut

We are based over at 356 Sarvodaya Nagar in Raebareli. This is the place where we run Pizza Hut. It’s a busy kitchen and we spend most of our time standing on our feet. The floors are made of tile and we have to mop them constantly to keep everything clean for everyone. It gets very hot near the ovens, especially during the summer months in Uttar Pradesh. The address 229010 is easy enough to find if you are familiar with the Sarvodaya Nagar area. We have a back door where the supplies come in and it’s usually a bit chaotic in the mornings when the trucks arrive. Our staff is mostly local people who live just a short walk or bike ride away. We have a small break room where we sit for ten minutes when it’s not too busy. The chairs are just plastic ones and the table is a bit wobbly. There is always the sound of timers going off and the smell of bread in the air. We don't have a fancy office upstairs, just a small desk in the corner with a computer for the orders. It’s hard work and it gets noisy when the place is full of people. We just focus on the tasks at hand, making sure the dough is ready and the counters are wiped down. It’s a very practical, hands-on kind of job for all of us here in Raebareli.
