Pizza Hut Outlet

We have been here in Keshav Puram for quite a while now. Most people around the C-6/33B block know where we are located. It is just a regular pizza place, really. We spend most of our day getting the dough ready and making sure the ovens are hot enough for the orders. The kitchen gets pretty loud during the dinner rush, but that is just how it is in this business. We are not a fancy establishment. There are a couple of tables if you want to sit down, though most folks just grab their boxes and head home. Delhi summers are tough, so we try to keep the air conditioning running, but sometimes it struggles when the door keeps opening and closing. Our team is just a few local guys who live nearby. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. We do not do anything special, just the usual menu items you would expect. Sometimes we run out of certain toppings if the delivery truck is late, which happens more than I would like to admit. If you are walking past the block, you will probably smell the bread baking. It is a small spot, nothing like those big flagship stores you see in the malls. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and we cannot get to it fast enough. We try our best to keep things clean, but it is a constant job.
