Pizza Hut Janpath

Our place is located over at Satya Vihar in Burari, which might be a bit confusing to some because the name says Janpath, but this is where our kitchen and the whole team are based. We are at house C, 59. This neighborhood is mostly residential so it stays fairly quiet compared to the middle of the city. We spend most of our time getting things ready and making sure the ovens are at the right temperature. It’s not a massive restaurant with a hundred tables for sitting down. It’s more about the actual work we do here in Delhi 110084. We’ve been at this spot for a while. The staff mostly lives in the surrounding streets, so we just walk or take a cycle to get to work. It’s a simple setup, really. We don't have any flashy lights or huge decorations on the walls. We just focus on the food and the orders that come through our system. Sometimes the delivery bikes take up a bit too much space in the narrow lane, but the neighbors are used to us by now. We try to keep things organized but it gets a bit hectic during the dinner rush. That's just how the food business is. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We show up, start the day, and keep going until the last order is out.
