Pizza Hut (Devyani International Ltd.)

This Pizza Hut branch is located right at L-1 St 1001 in Sangam Vihar. It’s a crowded area of New Delhi, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. Inside, we’re mostly busy with the ovens and getting the dough ready. It’s a Devyani International Ltd. spot, but to us, it’s just the place we work every day. The heat from the kitchen can get pretty intense, especially when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. We don't have a lot of space, but we make it work. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we have a rhythm. We don't talk much during the rush; we just move. Cleaning the tables, mopping the floors, and making sure the boxes are folded is basically our life. Sometimes we run out of something and have to scramble to get more. It’s just the way a kitchen goes. Sangam Vihar is a lively place, and we get all sorts of people coming through the door. Some are in a hurry and others just want to sit for a bit. We don't do anything fancy, just make the food and try to keep things moving. It gets hectic on the weekends, but we just take it one order at a time. That’s how we’ve always done it here.
