Pizza Hut As A Supervisor

I’ve been over at this Pizza Hut branch as a supervisor for a good while now. We are located right at House Number 213 in Block 25, which is in the Trilok Puri area of New Delhi. It is pretty close to Mayur Vihar, Phase-I, so we get a lot of people coming through from that side. My day is mostly spent keeping the guys on track and making sure the kitchen doesn't fall behind when the dinner rush starts. It’s not a huge place, just a standard setup with some tables and the ovens in the back. The neighborhood is always loud with traffic and people walking by, but that’s just Delhi for you. I spend a lot of time checking the stock and talking to the delivery riders. Sometimes the address is a bit tricky for new people to find since the blocks are all packed together, but once you find the house number it’s easy enough. We don’t have much in the way of fancy decor, just the usual stuff you see at any of these shops. It gets quite hot in the summer, though the air conditioning tries its best. I usually grab my lunch from one of the local stalls nearby before my shift starts. It is just a regular job with regular people working together to get the orders out. We have a few regulars who live in the apartments around here. Anyway, that is what goes on here daily.
