Pizza Express

Our little pizza shop is located at B-5 in Kotla Ferozshah. It is a small space but the oven stays hot all day. We spend most of our time stretching dough and getting orders ready for the people around New Delhi. It's not a big corporate chain or anything, just a local spot where we make food. We started this because we liked the neighborhood and the people here. Sometimes the flour gets everywhere and the kitchen feels a bit tight, but we make it work. We use the 110002 pin code for all our deliveries and mail. The street can get a bit crowded outside during lunch hour. We have a few tables if you want to sit down, but a lot of people just take their food and go. The menu isn't huge, just what we can handle making fresh every day. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in town, just a spot to get a decent meal. My brother and I usually handle the counter and the cooking. It gets loud when the lunch rush starts and the phone starts buzzing for delivery. We've been at this address for a while now and most of the regulars know us by name. It’s just a normal pizza place doing what we can. Nothing more to it than that really. We just keep the oven on and keep going every day, trying to get the orders right and the crust just right.
