Pizza Express Oman

We are located at E-58 in Humayun Pur, which is part of the Safdarjung Enclave area in New Delhi. It’s a lively spot with a lot of people coming and going throughout the day. Even though our name is Pizza Express Oman, we are based right here in the heart of the city. Our days are mostly spent in the kitchen, dealing with flour, ovens, and orders that come in. It’s not a fancy place with a lot of decor or expensive seating. We focus on the food and making sure the orders go out as they should. The kitchen gets really hot, especially when we are busy during the dinner rush and the ovens are going full blast. We aren't part of some giant corporation; we are just a small local shop. Sometimes we have a bit of trouble with the delivery bikes or finding the right ingredients at the market, but we always figure it out somehow. We don’t have a big marketing budget or flashy signs to attract people. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood who know where to find us. We keep things pretty simple and don't try to be something we aren't. It’s hard work and we are on our feet most of the day, but we like seeing people enjoy what we make. We stay open late most nights because that's when people are hungry. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and work.
