Pizza Cornerr

This is Pizza Cornerr, run by Rajiv Kumar. My father is Sri Kapil Dev Prased, and we are based in Vill Chaurai. It’s in the Ekangar Sarai area of Nalanda, Bihar. We started this because we wanted to bring something different to our village. It’s not a big city restaurant with fancy lights. It’s just a simple shop where we make food for the local people. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen, getting things ready. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to wait for the next delivery to come through. That’s just how it is out here. People from the village and the surrounding Po+Ps area stop by when they’re hungry. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us working together. It’s hard work being in the food business, especially when the weather is hot. We try to keep the place clean and welcoming for everyone. It’s our family’s work, and we take it seriously, even if we are just a small spot in Chaurai. We aren't trying to be a big chain; we just want to serve the folks in Nalanda. You can find us easily enough if you ask around Ekangar Sarai. We’re usually there from morning until late evening, just keeping the ovens going and talking to our neighbors who come in for a bite. It’s a basic life, but we like feeding our community.
