Pizza Corner

You can find our Pizza Corner over at Gg-2, 9B in Vikas Puri. It’s a familiar spot for a lot of people living around this part of New Delhi. We aren't one of those massive chains with hundreds of locations. We just have this place where we make pizzas. The kitchen is always busy, especially in the evenings when everyone gets home from work. We have a few tables if people want to sit down, but a lot of what we do is just getting orders ready for people to take home. Vikas Puri is a nice neighborhood, and we’ve been here long enough to know most of the regulars by name. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the flour, and the ovens make the whole place smell like baking bread. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people stopping by because they live nearby. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook on Friday nights, and we have to tell people there's a bit of a wait. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just making pizza and serving it to our neighbors. The shop isn't very big, but it’s ours. We spend our days prepping dough and chopping toppings. It’s a simple life and we enjoy being part of the Vikas Puri community. We've been at this spot for quite some time now and seen many things change around the block.
