Piyramid Saimira Food Court

You can find us at 144, Four Storey, in Vishal Enclave. It’s a pretty recognizable building in this part of New Delhi. We run the food court area here, which means it’s almost always noisy and smells like a mix of different spices and fried food. The building has these four levels, and we are right in the middle of the action. Most of our day is spent making sure the different counters have what they need and that the seating area isn't too messy. People come in here after shopping or just to hang out with friends. We have some regulars who come every single afternoon for their lunch break. The air conditioning sometimes struggles when the place gets packed, especially during the summer months. We have several different types of food being cooked at once, so there is always a lot of steam and shouting from the kitchens. Our staff is usually rushing around with trays or cleaning up tables as soon as someone leaves. It’s not a fancy dining room by any means. It’s a practical place for people to get a quick meal. We deal with the usual stuff like broken chairs or run-out ingredients. Vishal Enclave is a busy spot, and being in this four-storey setup keeps us on our feet all day long. We just focus on keeping the food moving and the floor relatively clean for the next rush. There are always people coming in and out.
