Pioneer

Pioneer is based out of 464 New Kerhera Colony, which is over in the Mohan Nagar area of Ghaziabad. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, and we like it that way. Our building is just a normal part of the colony, nothing that really stands out from the outside. Inside, we just have what we need to get our work done. We aren’t really into the whole corporate image thing. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it feels like a local family business in a lot of ways. We spend our hours managing orders and keeping track of our inventory. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we have to spend the morning cleaning things off, but that’s just life in Ghaziabad. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just talk to our customers like they’re our neighbors, because often they are. If someone has a problem, they just walk in and we talk it through over a cup of tea. It’s a very practical way of doing things. The office can get a bit hot in the summer months, but we have a couple of fans that do the trick. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s not a glamorous setup at 464 New Kerhera Colony, but it’s ours and we make it work every single day without fail.
