Pind Balluchi

Pind Balluchi is tucked away in Rohini, specifically at G-26, House No-41 in Sector-3. If you know New Delhi, you know this part of town gets pretty busy. We are right here in the mix of things. Our place is where we cook and serve the food people in the neighborhood have come to know. It’s not a massive restaurant with a thousand tables. It’s more of a local spot where you can hear the sounds of the kitchen from the seating area. We’ve been at this address in Sector-3 for a while. The walls have seen a lot of dinners and lunches over the years. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big bright signs. We just focus on the food we make every day. Sometimes the delivery guys are rushing in and out, making the place feel a bit hectic. The street outside can be a mess with parking, but people still find their way to us. We use simple ingredients and just do what we know. It's a small team here, and we all know each other well. Some of us have lived in Rohini our whole lives. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Delhi, just a spot that people can count on for a meal. It's a lot of hard work in a hot kitchen, but we like the routine. It keeps us busy and connected to the people around us.
