Pind Balluchi Resturant

Our restaurant, Pind Balluchi, is tucked away in Taimoor Nagar at House No-100, which is over in the New Friends Colony part of New Delhi. We have been here for quite some time, and the neighborhood has grown up all around us. It isn't a high-end, fancy place where you have to dress up just to get a meal. We are more of a local spot where people come when they are hungry for a proper lunch or a big dinner. The kitchen is always a bit chaotic because the orders come in fast, and the chefs are busy with the tandoors and the big pots of curry. You can smell the garlic and the spices from down the street most days. We don't have a professional marketing person or anyone to write fancy descriptions for us. We just know how to cook the food the way it’s been done for years. The tables are sturdy and the chairs are comfortable enough for a long meal. We have some regulars who have been coming since we first opened, and we know their orders by heart. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We aren't trying to win any big awards or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food tastes right and that nobody leaves the place feeling hungry. It’s just a regular, honest restaurant run by people who live nearby and love good food.
