Phone Zone

You can find Phone Zone at G 37 in Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura. It’s a busy building with a lot of offices and other shops around us. We aren't a massive mobile chain or anything. It's just a local shop where we deal with phones all day long. The space at G 37 is pretty compact. We have a counter and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. Most of the time, the air is filled with the sound of ringtones or someone testing a speaker. We don't go in for big displays or expensive decorations. We just have the phones and the accessories laid out where you can see them. My friends and I run the place. We talk to people like they are our neighbors because they usually are. We don't use a lot of technical jargon unless we have to. If a phone is broken, we tell you if it's worth fixing or not. Netaji Subhash Place is always buzzing with energy, especially in the evenings when the food stalls open up. We stay open pretty late to catch the crowd after work. It’s a decent living. We don't have a fancy philosophy about business. We just sell phones and fix them when they break. If you're in Pitampura, you can just walk in. We're usually around, even on Sundays sometimes. It's just a regular shop doing its thing.
