We’re located on the first floor at Ag-259 in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. Our company, Petal Management, has been working out of this office for several years now. We mostly handle the management side of things for different clients, which means our days are filled with a lot of phone calls, emails, and meetings. It’s the kind of work that isn’t always visible but is definitely necessary. We aren't a big corporate outfit with a fancy lobby; our office is pretty plain and functional. We spend a lot of time sorting out problems and making sure things are organized for the people we work with. Shalimar Bagh is a good place for us, and we’ve gotten to know the neighborhood well. Our staff is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no room for people who just want to sit around. We try to keep our English simple and our processes even simpler. Life is complicated enough without adding extra layers to business. Sometimes we stay late to finish up reports or get through a pile of paperwork that’s been sitting on the desk. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a management firm. We don’t make big promises; we just do the work that’s in front of us. It’s a steady routine that seems to work for everyone involved in the office.
