You can find us at 282/4 on the 3rd Floor in Govindpuri. This is where Personal Training happens. It’s a New Delhi address, specifically 110019. Being on the third floor means you get a bit of a workout just coming up the stairs before you even start your session. The space isn't like those huge gyms you see in movies with mirrors on every single wall and bright neon lights. It's a bit more basic than that. We have the equipment we need and enough space to move around. Some of the mats are a little worn down at the edges, but they still do the job. It gets quite warm in the summer, so we have some fans going all the time. The neighborhood of Govindpuri is always buzzing with people, so there is always noise coming from the street. We don't do any big advertising. Most people just hear about us from someone else nearby. It’s just a place where people come to get a bit stronger or lose some weight. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a juice bar. It’s just about the training. We spend a lot of time here every day, from early morning until it gets dark. It is a straightforward setup for folks who live around this part of Delhi and want a place to sweat. We try to keep things honest and helpful.
