Our office is in the Minto Road Complex, specifically at C-318. It’s an old building in New Delhi, but it has a lot of character. We deal with human resources and hiring stuff mostly. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking through resumes all day. The fans hum in the background while we work. It’s not a shiny glass tower, just a practical office space where we can sit down and talk to people. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered with all the files and folders on our desks. We’ve been here for a while now, and the commute to Minto Road is pretty standard for most of us. We meet a lot of different people looking for jobs. Some are nervous, some are excited. We just try to listen and see where they might fit. It’s a straightforward process. No big fancy presentations or corporate talk. We just sit at our desks and do the work. The tea man comes around twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. It’s a quiet corner of the complex. We don’t really do any big marketing. Most people find us through word of mouth or just by knowing the area. It’s just a small team trying to get things sorted for the companies we work with. We stay until the work is done for the day.
