Perfect Holiday

Our little office is located in the Nav Kairali CGHS building, specifically at B-406 in Sector-03, Dwarka. It’s a typical residential society setup, so you have to go through the main gate and tell the security guards where you’re headed. Most of the time, the elevator is busy with people moving their groceries or kids coming back from school. Inside our unit, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of printed papers about flight schedules and hotel stays. It gets a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once, but we manage. We aren’t some big travel company with a shiny storefront on the main road; we just work out of this apartment. New Delhi summers can be tough, so the AC is usually running all day while we talk to people on the phone about their holiday plans. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea leaves, and someone has to run down to the local market in Sector 3 to grab supplies. It’s a simple way of working, and we know many of the neighbors who live in the same block. We don't use any fancy software to track everything, just some old-fashioned notebooks and a few basic computer programs. If you come by in the evening, the society park is full of noise, but up here on the fourth floor, we’re just focusing on getting the bookings right for the next day.
