We are Pen India, and you can find us at F-2627 in Netaji Nagar. We’re right opposite the Hyatt Hotel, so it’s easy to tell people where we are. Even though we’re near a big hotel, our place is much more modest. New Delhi-23 is a decent area to work in. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with our daily business. It’s a small office space. We have some desks, some pens, and a lot of work to get through. It’s not a fancy setup. We don't have a reception desk with a bowl of mints. Most days it’s just us trying to stay on top of the orders and paperwork. People often use the Hyatt as a landmark when they’re coming to see us because our sign is a bit small. The traffic outside can get pretty bad during rush hour, but inside we just focus on what needs doing. We’re not a huge company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a few people who know the business well. We don’t use a lot of big words or have meetings that last all day. We just talk to each other and get things finished. It’s a practical way to run things. Netaji Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over the years. We just keep going, day by day, right across from the big hotel. Sometimes we see the fancy cars over there while we’re eating our packed lunches.
