Pearls Tourism Limited ( Iata)

We are located at G-62, Lal Kuan, right on M.B. Road. It’s a busy stretch of road and there is always a lot of dust and noise from the passing cars. Here at Pearls Tourism Limited, we handle travel and tourism stuff, and being an Iata agency means we have plenty of paperwork to deal with. It’s a lot of checking schedules and looking at prices on the screen. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a couple of chairs for people to sit while they wait. We’ve been here in New Delhi for quite some time, so we know the travel business pretty well. Sometimes the bookings get complicated and we have to spend hours on the phone. We don't have a flashy website or a big marketing budget. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. It’s a practical job. We deal with tickets and itineraries all day long. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or we run out of pens, but we just keep going. It’s a small team here at Lal Kuan, and we just try to be helpful to the folks who walk through our door. M.B. Road is always hectic, but inside the office, we just focus on getting the travel plans sorted out one by one. It’s just us trying to help people get where they need to go without too much stress.
