Our office is at S-55 in Pandav Nagar, right across from the Mother Dairy in Delhi. It is a very easy place to find because the Mother Dairy is such a well-known spot. We spend our days working on travel plans and tourism stuff. It is a busy office, especially during the seasons when everyone wants to go on vacation. We have all the official certifications like the ISO 9001:2000, but we don't really make a big deal about it in the office. We are more focused on getting the tickets booked and the itineraries printed out. The space is pretty functional, with desks, a few chairs for visitors, and lots of maps and brochures. Pandav Nagar is a crowded area, so there is always noise from the street and people walking by. We are a small team and we have all been working together for quite a while. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a marketing department. We just answer the phone and help whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the work is stressful when flights get canceled or plans change at the last minute, but we just deal with it as it comes. We are just regular people who know a lot about travel and like helping our neighbors in Delhi get where they need to go. It is a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way.
