We have been here at Dilshad Garden for quite some time now. H-131-C is where you can find us if you are walking around the neighborhood. It is not a fancy glass building, just a regular office where we handle travel stuff. People come in to ask about train tickets or maybe a flight to see family. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or looking at computer screens trying to find decent routes that do not cost a fortune. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking gets stuck, and we have to call up the airlines to fix it manually. It gets a bit hectic when it is holiday season. We have got maps on the walls and plenty of old files. Most of our regulars are just folks from nearby who prefer talking to a person rather than clicking buttons on a website. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It is mostly just us trying to keep things organized so people can get where they need to go without too much of a headache. If you drop by, you might see us sorting out paperwork or arguing with a bus operator on the phone. We do not have any big speeches to give. We just know how the system works and we try to make it work for the people who walk through our door. That is pretty much the whole story of what we do here in Delhi.
