Our office for Pearl International Tours & Travels Ltd. is located at H-96, Street No-20, right off Parwana Road. Jagat Puri is a pretty crowded part of New Delhi 110051, so finding a parking spot can be a real struggle sometimes. We’ve been here at Street No-20 for a while. It’s not a shiny travel agency like the ones you see in malls. It’s just a regular room with computers and posters on the walls. We spend our days looking at flights and trying to figure out travel routes for people. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, which is annoying but we manage. People come in from the neighborhood to ask about bus tickets or trains. Parwana Road is always full of life and noise, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. We handle a lot of different requests every day. It’s mostly just making sure the names are spelled right on the tickets and the dates match up. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just help folks get where they need to go. Working in Jagat Puri means we see the same faces every day. It’s a nice community to be a part of. The office gets a bit cramped when more than three people show up at once, but we make it work. It is just a simple business run by people who know the area well and keep things moving.
