D - 448 East Kidwai Nagar is our home base. It's a central spot in New Delhi-110023. We’ve been running the tours and travels from this house for years. It’s a residential area, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have desks set up in the main rooms. We spend a lot of time on the phones talking to people about their trips. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit to finish a booking. It’s just part of the day. We have maps pinned to the walls. Some are getting a bit yellow at the edges. We don’t really mind. It shows we’ve been at this for a long time. People from the neighborhood know us. They drop in to ask questions about train tickets or flights. We try to help out. Our office isn’t a glass building. It’s a brick and mortar place with a small gate. You can hear the birds in the trees outside during the afternoon. We like it here. It's comfortable. We don’t wear suits or anything. Just casual clothes for a long day of work. The filing system is mostly physical folders. We find it easier to grab a piece of paper than to search on a screen sometimes. It’s an old-school way of doing things in Kidwai Nagar. We just keep moving forward one day at a time. It is a simple life but we like being here in this part of Delhi.
