We’re located at C-7 in the Galaxy Apartment building over in Vikas Puri. New Delhi-110018 is a busy part of town, and our office reflects that most days of the week. We spend our time booking flights, sorting out visas, and trying to find the right hotels for people who want to go on holiday or business trips. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at flight schedules on the screen until our eyes get tired. The office feels a bit lived-in, with maps pinned to the walls and stacks of travel brochures that sometimes fall over if you walk by too fast or bump into the desk. We have a lot of regular customers from the neighborhood who just drop in to ask a quick question about their tickets or to complain about their flight being delayed. It can get a bit frantic when there’s a holiday season coming up and everyone wants to go away at the same time. The printers are always running out of ink just when we need to print a bunch of itineraries for a group. We don't have a fancy reception desk, just a few chairs for people to wait while we finish up on the phone with the airlines. Sometimes the internet slows down and we all have to wait around, which gives us a chance to have a quick tea and a biscuit. It’s a straightforward business where we just try to get plans sorted.
