Down in Mahipal Pur Village, you'll find us at Pawan Telecom Services. We are situated near the Rangpuri Post area. It’s a bit tucked away in the village, but the locals know us well enough. We handle telecom stuff, which mostly means helping people with their mobile connections or fixing things that aren't working right. The village life is a bit slower than the city center, but it still gets plenty busy around noon. We’ve been at this spot for years. The shop isn't very large, but it’s got everything we need to get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. That’s just part of being in Rangpuri. We don't have a website or anything like that, people just walk in when they have a problem. Most of our customers are from the immediate neighborhood. We know most of their names by now. It feels like a community thing more than a business sometimes. We start our day early, usually around the time the first buses start running. Handling phones and sim cards keeps us occupied. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and explaining how things work to people who might not be tech-savvy. We don't mind it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, right here in Mahipal Pur.
