Our business is located at 30 B/1 in Block-A of Saraswati Kunj, right on the CRPF Road in Najafgarh. Being out here in New Delhi-43, the vibe is a bit different from the center of the city. It’s a lot of traffic from the heavy trucks and the CRPF buses going back and forth. Our office is a straightforward place where we manage sales and inventory. We have a lot of boxes stacked up in the corner and a big table where we do the invoices. It’s a practical space. We don't have fancy decorations or expensive furniture. The chairs are mismatched and the desks are a bit scratched up, but they serve their purpose. We handle various sales orders for the local market and sometimes further out. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the stock levels in the back. The noise from the road is always there, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We take our tea breaks outside on the step just to get some air. It’s a small team of us working here. We know our customers by name and they know we are just a phone call away if they need something delivered. We don't use big words or fancy promises. We just sell the goods and make sure the bills are paid. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest way to make a living in the Najafgarh area.
