You can find us at House No. 3734, in Street Number 17, Ragher Pura. It is right in the middle of Karol Bagh, which is one of those places in Delhi that never seems to sleep at all. The building is an old one, which is typical for this part of the city. We do a bit of everything here, like money transfers, tickets, and some other merchant stuff. The stairs are a bit narrow and the street outside is always full of rickshaws and delivery bikes making noise. It is loud, but you get used to it after a while. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how each other likes their chai. We do not have a fancy lobby or any uniformed receptionists. It is a practical workspace meant for getting things done. Some days are just filled with endless phone calls and counting out notes at the counter. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the files and ledgers, it is a bit of a struggle. Ragher Pura has a lot of history, and we feel like part of the neighborhood. People from the nearby shops often drop by just to say hello or ask for change. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind. It is a solid place to work in a very busy part of town.
