Patni is located in Regar Pura, which is right in the very heart of Karol Bagh. If you know this part of New Delhi, you already know how packed and busy it gets every day. We have been here in the 110005 area for a very long time now. It is a small operation, nothing too big or fancy. We do not have a marketing team or even a big website to show off. We just do our daily work from this little shop. The streets all around Regar Pura are always full of traders, workers, and shoppers. It can get incredibly loud during the middle of the day. We mostly deal with people face-to-face. Our building is quite old, and the stairs are very narrow, but it is where we have always been. Making things sound better or more important than they actually are isn't what we do. We just show up every single morning, open up the metal shutters, and see what the day brings us. It is a lot of hard work and very long hours. Some people have been coming to see us for years because they know exactly where to find us. We do not spend any money on advertisements or flyers. We just focus on the tasks that are right in front of us. It is a simple life in a very busy part of the city. We are just one of many small businesses trying to keep things going.
