Patel Integrated Logistics operates out of 401/Df in Munirke, New Delhi. It’s a busy office where we handle all the details of moving goods around. Munirke is a hectic place to be, with narrow streets and a lot of students and workers moving around all the time. Our office is tucked away in one of the buildings there, and it’s usually filled with the sound of ringing phones and people typing. We handle a lot of paperwork every single day to make sure that everything we’re responsible for gets where it needs to go. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters; it’s just a working office with stacks of files and maps on the walls. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know how to deal with the common problems that come up in logistics. Sometimes the internet is slow or a driver calls in with a problem, and we have to figure out a solution quickly. It can be stressful when things are moving fast, but we just take it one task at a time. We don't have any big slogans or promotional talk. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure the records are kept straight. By the time we leave in the evening, we’re usually pretty tired, but we come back and do it all again.
