Passengers Facilitation

Passengers Facilitation operates out of D-77, Pocket- B in Delhi 110091. We are a small team that spends most of our time helping people navigate the often confusing world of travel and transit. The office isn't very large, but it’s where we coordinate everything to make sure folks get where they are going without too many headaches. Delhi is a huge place with a lot of movement, and things can get messy pretty fast if someone isn't keeping an eye on the details. We sit at our desks, answering calls and checking on schedules to make sure things are moving as they should. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s just us catching up on emails and planning for the next day. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy reception area. It’s just a practical space in Pocket-B where we keep our logs and records. Most of us have been doing this long enough to know the common problems people face when traveling, so we try to stay one step ahead. It’s honest work that involves a lot of patience and clear communication. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, we just want to do a decent job for the people who rely on us. It feels good when a plan comes together and a passenger gets home or to their destination on time. That’s basically what we do every single day.
