Parul Telecom

Parul Telecom is located over in the Bhogal Ashram area at number 40239. It’s a very crowded part of town. There is always someone walking by or a bike honking. I’ve been running this place for a while. It’s a small room packed with electronics. I have shelves going all the way to the ceiling. Most of them are filled with old phone boxes and spare parts I might need one day. I do a lot of recharges and sim card registrations. People come here because it’s convenient. Ashram is a hub, so we see people from all over. My hands are usually dirty from the grease and glue used in phone repairs. I try to keep the shop clean, but with so many people coming in, it’s a constant battle. I have an old fan that makes a clicking noise, but it keeps the air moving. I don’t have any assistants. I do everything myself. From opening the shutters in the morning to locking up late at night. It’s hard work, but it’s mine. I know my customers by what kind of phone they carry. Some are loyal to one brand, others just want whatever is cheapest. I just try to be helpful. There’s no big secret to it. Just showing up every day and doing the work. It’s a small life, but it suits me. I’m just a guy with a shop trying to make it work.
