We are based out of B-89 in Ashok Nagar, Ghaziabad. If you know the area, it’s a fairly busy spot with plenty of traffic. The office is where we handle a lot of the planning and paperwork for the building projects we have going on. It’s not a very fancy place, mostly just desks covered in blueprints and site maps. You can usually find a few of us huddled around a drawing, trying to figure out some detail or another. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a few framed photos of completed sites, but nothing too flashy. We get a lot of visitors, from contractors to people looking to buy a new home, so there’s a lot of door-opening and closing all day. The Ghaziabad dust always seems to find its way inside, no matter how much we clean. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, which is basically what keeps us going through the long afternoons. Dealing with property and development means there’s always some new regulation or some delay to talk about. It can be stressful, but it’s what we do. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. We’d rather just show someone the actual site or the real plans. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We’ve been in this Ashok Nagar spot for a while now, and it’s become our second home where we just get things done.
