Vandana and the rest of us are usually around the office at K4/15 A in Model Town II. It's a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we’ve set up shop lately. This place in Delhi has been our base for a while now. We handle a lot of the bookings and the paperwork that comes with running things for the hotel. It’s not always glamorous work, sitting at desks and answering phones all day, but it’s what keeps the gears turning. Sometimes the street gets really crowded, and finding a place to park is a total headache. We’ve had a few rainy days where the roof leaked a tiny bit near the window, but we patched it up. It’s just how it goes in an older building like this one. We don't try to sound like some big corporate machine. We’re just local people doing our jobs. If you call, you’ll probably talk to one of us directly, maybe even Vandana if she’s not buried in the files. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. New shops open and old ones close, but we’re still here at K4/15 A. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it works for us. We just want to make sure people are looked after properly.
