Park View Hotel

Our hotel is located at K-Ii, 469 in Sangam Vihar, New Delhi. It's a bit of a trek to get here if you don't know the area, but it's a very active part of the city. We have rooms for people who need a place to stay without spending too much money. It’s a basic building, nothing too fancy on the outside. Inside, we just try to keep the rooms tidy and the linens fresh for whoever is checking in. Sangam Vihar is a packed place, so there's always something going on outside our doors. We don't have a big lobby with fountains, just a small desk where someone is usually sitting to help you with your key. We get all sorts of guests, from people traveling for work to families visiting relatives nearby. Sometimes the power goes out, but that's Delhi for you, we have our backups ready. We do our own cleaning and maintenance mostly. It’s a lot of stairs and walking back and forth. We don't really use big advertising agencies. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking down the street looking for a sign. It’s a honest way to run a business. We aren't promising a five-star experience, just a decent bed and a door that locks. That is what most people are looking for when they come to this part of town. It keeps us on our toes.
