Our place is at D-54 in South Extension Part-1. It’s a well-known part of town, but our office itself is pretty modest. We’ve been operating from this South X location for several years now. Most of our day is spent at our desks, coordinating various parts of the hospitality business. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps everything else running. It’s not always exciting work—lots of checking schedules and answering emails—but it’s what keeps the lights on. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. We don't bother with a lot of the formalities you find in bigger corporations. If someone has a problem, we just talk it out across the room. The office gets a bit messy with papers sometimes, but we know where everything is. We get a lot of people calling about reservations or asking for directions to the hotel. Being in Part-1 means we are close to everything, which makes it easier for us to get around when we need to. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be as helpful as we can to whoever walks through the door or calls us up. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs in a busy part of Delhi. We don't overcomplicate things; we just handle the day's work as it arrives.
