Park Hotel

Our place, which we call Park Hotel, is located at B- 190 in Durga Vihar. We are quite close to the Sainik Farms area in New Delhi. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the center of the city, and we like it that way. Running a hotel like this is mostly about staying on top of the small things every day. We make sure the rooms are ready and that whoever is staying with us has what they need. We aren't one of those big hotel chains with hundreds of rooms and a massive lobby. It is a much smaller, local operation. We spend most of our time walking around the building, checking that everything is in good shape and running right. Some days are very slow, and then other days it feels like everyone is checking in at the same time. We just handle the rush as it comes. The staff here mostly lives in the nearby streets, so we know this part of Delhi very well. If a guest needs to find a place to eat or wants to know the best way to get around, we just tell them what we know. It is a very practical way to run a business. We don't have a marketing department. It is just us at B- 190 keeping the place clean and tidy for guests.
