Our office is over at Sri Sai Niwas, E-95A, in the Ganesh Nagar Pandav Nagar Complex. It’s in Delhi-110092. Most people know the name because of the revolving restaurant in Connaught Place. Being part of a restaurant means things are always moving, literally and figuratively. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff from this office. It’s not as fancy as the dining room, that is for sure. Here, it’s mostly stacks of bills, staff schedules, and food orders. We deal with suppliers and try to make sure everything gets delivered to the kitchen on time. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy. Ganesh Nagar is a crowded area, so getting in and out can be a bit of a struggle during rush hour. We are just regular people working to keep the restaurant running smoothly. You wouldn't think a revolving place needs so much office work, but it really does. We have to keep track of the mechanics and the kitchen staff and the bookings. It's a lot of juggling. We don't have a polished corporate office. It is just a few rooms with computers and a lot of filing cabinets. We try to stay organized, but on busy days, it’s hard. We’ve been around for quite a while now and everyone in the complex knows us. It’s just the daily grind of the food business in Delhi.
