Parbhati Enterprises is located in Karol Bagh at Shop No 24/1478 in Nai Wala. This part of the city is always buzzing with people and vehicles, so it can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. Our shop is quite small and tucked into one of the many narrow lanes. We’ve been here for a long time and the space is mostly filled with stock and old ledgers. It’s not a modern office with air conditioning or sleek furniture. We have a few fans that hum all day and a counter that has seen better years. Most of our customers are locals or traders who have been coming to us for a long time. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations. It’s more about just finding the right part and getting it to the customer. The morning starts with clearing the dust that settles overnight, which is a never-ending task in this area. We know the other shopkeepers around here, and there’s a sense of community even when it’s busy. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when it’s quiet, but that doesn't happen very often. It’s a very practical way of living and working. We don't have any big goals of expanding into a huge corporation; we just like keeping things manageable. It’s honest work in a busy market, and we are quite content with that. There is always something to do, even if it is just rearranging boxes.
