We are located at number 25 in Shyam Vihar, right on the Najafgarh Fita Road. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic passing by, but we have been here for a good while now. Most people around the neighborhood know us as the place to go when their phone screen cracks or if the battery just stops holding a charge properly. It is not a very big shop, just a few glass counters filled with different chargers, cables, and some second-hand handsets we have fixed up. Every morning we open up, sweep the front, and start looking at whatever repairs came in the day before. Sometimes it is just a simple software glitch, other times we have to take the whole thing apart to find a loose wire. We do not have fancy uniforms or a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Most of our day is spent talking to regular customers who live in the streets nearby. They come in for a quick recharge or to ask why their internet isn't working right. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is just a waste of money to repair. It is a busy life here in Najafgarh, and we are just glad to be a small part of the community, helping people stay connected without making things more complicated than they need to be.
