Paras Hospitals, Gurgaon

We are based in Sector 6, Rohini, specifically in the Pocket C-4 area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very different from the main hospital buildings you see in Gurgaon. This location handles a lot of the administrative side and local patient interactions for us. The office is at number 160, and it’s a pretty straightforward, no-nonsense setup. We have a small desk for receiving people and a few rooms where the staff works on records and coordination. It isn't a place with sterile white walls and bright fluorescent lights everywhere; it feels more like a local clinic or a small neighborhood office. We see people from the area stopping by to ask about appointments or to drop off their paperwork. The staff here is mostly from North Delhi, so we understand the local area and the people quite well. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the school nearby lets out for the day, or when there’s a lot of traffic on the sector roads. We spend a lot of time on our computers, making sure all the data for the main hospital is updated and correct. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the back room, and we all take turns making it. We don't have a fancy marketing team sitting here; it’s just regular people doing their jobs to keep the hospital's back-end running smoothly. It’s a practical environment where the focus is just on the daily tasks.
