Our office is at 5322/67 Ragar Pura in Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005. If you’ve ever been to Karol Bagh, you know how busy the streets get. We’ve been here at Paras Holidays(P) Ltd for a good while. It’s mostly just us handling bookings and chatting with folks about their holiday plans. We don’t go for any of that polished marketing talk. If a destination is overrated or too expensive for what it is, we say so. Our office is a bit cluttered with travel brochures and old files, but it’s a working space. We spend a lot of time on the phone with bus operators and hotel managers. Karol Bagh is a great spot because it’s so central, and we get to meet all kinds of people. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just enjoy the work and the people we help. Sometimes we have to stay late when a flight gets canceled or someone needs a change at the last minute. That’s just part of the job. Most of our day is spent double-checking dates and making sure the prices we find are fair. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up, have our chai, and get to work on the bookings. It’s practical, everyday work and we like it that way. We just keep things moving along even when the phones won't stop ringing.
