We run our business from House No. B-201 on Street Number 11 in Bhajanpura, Delhi. It is just a regular house in a busy neighborhood, not a big corporate office. We have been here for a long time and the locals know us. We spend our days helping people figure out their holiday plans and booking their travel. Delhi is always noisy and our street is no different, with motorbikes and people walking by all the time. Our office is just a couple of rooms with desks and computers and a lot of papers piled up. We are a small team and we do not have any fancy titles. We just answer the phones and try to find the best ways for people to travel without spending too much. Sometimes the bookings get complicated and we have to stay late to fix everything, but that is just part of the job. We don't have any big mission statements. We just like travel and we like helping our neighbors get away for a bit. We drink a lot of tea and talk to anyone who walks in. It is a very simple, local way of doing things. We don't spend money on big ads because most people find us through word of mouth. We are just here in Bhajanpura, doing our best to keep things moving.
