Our office is over at Ridgewood Estate in DLF Phase IV. If you know Gurgaon, you know how much this area has changed over the years. We are in M 44, which is a pretty quiet corner compared to the main roads outside. It’s mostly just us and the computers, keeping track of different projects we have going on. The commute can be a bit of a headache with the traffic near Galleria, but once you’re inside the estate, it’s much calmer. We have been here for a good bit of time. The walls are covered with some old maps and a few calendars that we probably should have replaced months ago. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the numbers and talk to contractors. It’s not the kind of place with glass elevators or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get things sorted. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for way too long, usually because someone brought up a problem with a site we didn't expect. We know the security guards at the gate and the guys at the tea stall nearby. It’s a functional place. We keep the files organized as best as we can, even if the desks get a bit messy during the busy weeks. That’s just how we operate. It's not fancy but we like the spot.
