Paramount Vacation Planners Pvt Ltd is located at C-133, Pinani House in New Delhi. We are in the 110092 area. It’s a local office where we sit and figure out travel plans for people. Pinani House isn't a big skyscraper or anything, just a regular building. We’ve got maps on the walls and a few old computers. People come in sometimes to ask about trips, but mostly we are on the phone. Planning vacations sounds like it would be fun, but it’s mostly a lot of checking dates and prices. We try to be helpful when people call. The office is a bit cluttered with brochures and folders. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; we just shout across the room if someone comes in. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We’ve been at this address for several years. The neighborhood is busy, so parking can be a bit of a nightmare. Most of us take the bus or a rickshaw. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If we can find a good flight or a hotel that fits, we tell you. If not, we say that too. It’s just a normal job for us. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of all the changes in travel rules. It can be stressful when things change last minute, but we just do our best to fix it. We aren't a huge agency, just a few of us here.
